Welcome to  4th grade Science and Social Studies!

Here we will focus on  the studies of Arizona history, electricity and magnetism, erosion and earth processes, natural resources, plant and animal structures, classification and adaptations, and the weather forecasting.

Five Things About Me:
1) Gilbert raised.  I went to Neely Elementary, Gilbert Junior High and Highland High School and I live right here in Oak Tree's neighborhood.
2) Love for playing sports.  I love and understand the dedication of being a team player.  I have participated in school sports growing up.  In high school I played volleyball, goft, track and field, badminton and was a basketball state champion.  As an adult, I have participated in volleyball and softball.
3) Three kids of my own.  My oldest son Braxton is a current , first grade eagle.  My daughter Lexi is a kindergarten eagle and my youngest daughter, Nyx, is 1 1/2.
4) 9th year teaching.  Although, I have been teaching for 9 years, this in my first year at the elementary level.  My past 8 years have been teaching 7th grade English at some of our junior highs (Gilbert Junior- 1 year, Greenfield Junior- 7).  I have also had experience in teaching 7th grade A.V.I.D. students for two years.
5) Graduated from A.S.U. - I started my college education at Chandler- Gilbert Community College, Mesa Community College and ended with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University.
